At LeatherJacketUK, we accept orders from customers around the world. Our website stock levels are live, accurate, and directly linked to our warehouse, ensuring that all listed products are available at the time of purchase.

All prices are displayed in your local currency for guidance only. Orders are processed and charged in GBP (£), and the final amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time of the transaction. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and are fully tracked for both customer confidence and our quality assurance.

RETURNS POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to decide whether your item is right for you. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within this period for a refund or exchange.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the day the original item is received and does not reset if an exchange is requested.
• This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

Returns After 14 Days

Items returned after 14 days will be credited to your E-wallet balance for the amount paid. This credit can be used toward a future purchase.

These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless found to be faulty.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in original, unused condition:

• Leather jackets must be unworn with original tags attached
• Leather wallets and bags must be returned in their original branded boxes, undamaged
• Items showing signs of wear may be refused and returned to the customer

Please include your returns note or proof of purchase to ensure prompt processing.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds and exchanges (UK and international orders) are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds exclude the original shipping charge, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Exchange deliveries are subject to the standard shipping charge, and return postage remains the customer’s responsibility.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory rights apply. In such cases, return postage may be refunded, and a replacement or full refund will be offered.
